Using of the BONORI METHOD is intended for all sportsmen, because increasing of mobility of the hip bone improves fluidity, nimbleness and curvet at runnig in significant way developing speed and resistance, at cycling for example it reduces the passive resistance of the muscles and of the capsular structures while pushing the pedals, so also at skiing where the mobility of the hip bone is fundamental for a perfect technique. This makes the sporting gesture in all the cases be more efficient, since less energy is consumed for a certain type of work, which allows the athlete to train with a higher load!
As well as this type of treatment Doctor Bonori has introduced also the utilisation of the radial shock waves at all the muscles of the inferior limbs as a method of improving the trophism, the strength and the muscular resistance. Thus, thanks to many years of experience in this regard, he has developed a unique protocol. Cells (fibroblasts and myofibroblasts) perceive and convert mechanical signals into chemical reactions to improve the quality of the extracellular matrix, which has an important role in improving the diffusion of nutritious substances and catabolites into muscle fibers.
